Over at the Garrett website you can find an archived review of the GTP 1350 from Western and Easter Treasures titled Testing The Garrett GTP 1350 which includes opinions, tips, field test, and three long pages of text on the GTP-1350. They mention some of the finds they've made with the GTP 1350 including wheat cents and a mercury dime during their testing, which was favorable in varying environments such as "three parks, a college campus, and a saltwater beach". They also note about the Garrett 1350 "Although the abilities of this detector will find favor with many seasoned hunters, new detectorists should be delighted that it is so easy to learn and use." A must read if you're interested in this detector.
